Couldn’t agree more with all you’ve said. I’m amazed how many people feel the same but — so far — Apple don’t seem to care. But, as I said, it’s because they don’t need their computer division. Even so, you’d think the people who work there would want to do with best they can. Maybe they have confused Jobs’ ‘never ask the customer what they want’ with ‘never listen to the customer’. The two are very different.
