Hey, I guess I should have followed your rule then and ignored the fact I needed a new MacBook (and one more powerful than my last one) and just done without for 6 months or more. You’d pay my bills and do my work in the meantime I presume?

Thanks for your input. Although, again, the article wasn’t about quality first-and-foremost, it was about aftercare. And no matter how many times you reply saying ‘but don’t buy first’, that doesn’t change how Apple acted or what happened.
