I’m delighted for you. I had the same experience for many years too until this. If you doubt people are having problems with this particular model, read some of the other comments here or just google. It’s a crap design that is inherently flawed.
Because the repaired machine has developed yet another fault (the keyboard — which was replaced already - has gone dodgy, keys not working a lot of the time and keys literally falling off — T and I key both broken off) I’ve just returned it for a full refund under UK consumer law. They made me jump through a few hoops (and originally I was prepared to accept a new replacement but they took so long I decided to get my money back instead) but I’ll be writing a brief update on that soon.
