Sorry to hear you also suffered from this terrible model and current culture of Apple. But glad to hear you are free from it now! One of the main problems is they literally do not need the computer division. It must make them a good profit percentage-wise, but cash-wise it’s not important. That’s why they should licence the os — or, simply, get out of the computer business altogether and admit they are now basically a phone, publishing and games/toy company.
