Sorry to hear you had a bad experience too. It’s quite simply a terrible model. And they still haven’t really accepted it and probably won’t until all warranties are up (in the UK it’s 6 years by law) or they lose a class-action case. I suspect the 2018 model will be ‘upgraded’ and sold at a premium because of the great ‘new features’ — which translates to ‘we think we’ve fixed the problems with the last model’.

If you are still having problems with your keyboard, make sure you take ‘advantage’ of the free repair. Still, it doesn’t make up for all the nonsense you’ve been through with this model I’m sure.
