Thanks Alex. Yes, I agree and understand their revenue isn’t based on macs any more and can see why a bad company would let that influence their attitude but it’s not something I would have expected from Apple. It’s still something they develop and sell, and something they make a lot of money on in cash terms if not as a % of their sales. If they don’t want to do it properly, they should get out of that business. You are right too that they’ve got previous form on being shoddy with problems.
