I know I’ll never personally dent Apple to any noticeable effect, but I take some comfort in knowing these two articles have cost them tens of thousands of pounds/dollars etc of sales — at least (and that’s immediate, never mind on-going). Just from the people who have posted comments and got in touch too.

And at the weekend, the story was featured in the Guardian’s Observer newspaper too, giving it an even wider audience. It all helps ;)
