Thanks Sam. Yes, your experience in the early 2000’s is what I would expect now for such a premium product. Rather than the crazy amount of time I had to spend to resolve this plus all the travel costs etc.
To be fair, I have had some good experiences with Apple — both in the past and also this year with another issue on another product — they aren’t this bad all the time. But this experience negated everything else I’m afraid.
