Thanks, that may well be my next audible. That’s how I run my business too. Obviously some people will always have a bad experience and some will never be happy no matter what you did for them, but there are many many more who are blown away by our gestures (for want of a better word) such as driving hundreds of miles to deliver an important (vital) order that was damaged or lost by a courier etc.
