Yes. Or not quite the right thing in my case but in the end that was my choice because I needed it fixed and I wouldn’t leave my newborn to fly to another country (that operates inside the same legal framework) and that was the only option they gave me if I wanted to get it replaced rather than repaired — and even then it was ‘if you want to try’ consumer law...
